You can spend $200-$500 for the coolest new jeans on the block. You can buy selvedge, destroyed, dyed, distressed, loose, baggy, straight, skinny, boot-cut, slim jeans - but you will never match the brilliance of the original. They are like buying a pair of Chucks or Eras or a plain white t-shirt, simply put they are the shit and there's no taking them down.
Oh, and I bought them for $36.
