Ronald Reagan once dubbed as “The Great Communicator” posthumously endorses Barack Obama. Now we all know how unusual it is when a Republican endorses a member from across the aisle, but how much more refreshing is it to hear how clear and concise a message it is when it comes from an archived clip.
